At MetaTech India, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT services and digital solutions. Due to the nature of our work — which involves significant time, expertise, and resources allocated upon project commencement — all payments made to MetaTech India are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
We encourage all clients to thoroughly review project proposals, scope of work, and service agreements before making any payment.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances only:
MetaTech India fails to initiate the project within the agreed timeline and the client formally requests cancellation.
A duplicate payment was made accidentally. In this case, the extra amount will be fully refunded.
The service or deliverable agreed upon was not provided as per the written agreement signed by both parties.
A mutual written agreement between MetaTech India and the client is reached for project termination before significant work has been completed.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after project work has commenced.
Delays or issues caused by the client (e.g., non-provision of required content, access credentials, or timely approvals).
Dissatisfaction with design or technology choices that were discussed and approved during the project planning phase.
Completion of any milestone-based payment stage as defined in the project agreement.
Domain, hosting, third-party software licenses, or API subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client — as these are subject to the respective vendor's policies.
Consulting, strategy, or advisory services already rendered.
4. Refund Request Process & Timeline
To initiate a refund request, clients must contact MetaTech India in writing (via email) within 7 calendar days of the payment or the disputed event. Requests submitted after this window may not be considered.
All refund requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
MetaTech India reserves the right to deduct a processing fee of up to 10% from any approved refund amount to cover administrative costs.
5. Dispute Resolution
We believe in resolving all disputes amicably. Before raising a formal dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we strongly encourage clients to contact us directly so we can work toward a fair resolution.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals may result in suspension of all ongoing services and legal action as necessary. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
